How it works

Step 1: Scan

Point your phone at the asset tag or serial. Barcode and OCR do the typing. Pickers for manufacturer, model, condition, and assigned user make the rest a few taps — with "Save & Add Another" for a whole cart in a row.

Step 2: Track

Every device is filed by site and sub-location, with condition, assignment, and a full audit trail (who audited it, when, and any edits). Duplicate serials and tags are flagged before they become a mess.

Step 3: Export

When the audit is done, export CSV in Standard or AssetTiger format, or print a branded report — filtered by site or date range. Hand it to your asset system, your director, or your auditor.

What is EDU Audit+?
EDU Audit+ is an iPhone and iPad app that helps K-12 school districts audit and manage their technology inventory. You scan barcodes and serial numbers, record device details and condition across every site, and export audit-ready reports — without paper forms or a laptop full of spreadsheets.
When will it be available?
EDU Audit+ is in active development and preparing for its App Store launch. Join the waitlist and we'll email you the moment it's available — you'll be among the first to try it.
What will it cost?
Pricing isn't finalized yet. Waitlist members will be the first to hear the details — and any early-access or launch offers.
What devices does it run on?
EDU Audit+ is built for iPhone and iPad (iOS 16 and later). Scanning uses the device camera, so any reasonably recent iPhone or iPad works in the field.
Does it need Wi-Fi or a server to set up?
No. EDU Audit+ works completely offline — there's no district backend to stand up and no network required to audit. You export your data when you're ready.
How is our data kept secure?
Access is controlled with PIN-based logins and roles (Super Admin, Admin, Auditor, Read-Only), with configurable session timeouts. The app is built with FERPA in mind and aligned with NIST SP 800-63B for authentication, and you stay in control of your data — export it on your terms.
Can several staff use it with different access levels?
Yes. A Super Admin manages user profiles and assigns Auditors to specific sites. Admins can audit, manage lists, and export; Auditors enter devices at their assigned sites; Read-Only users can view across all data.
